The dancing experience is as varied as
the individuals who dance. Some people who start to learn to
dance are convinced they will never be able to dance and hope
only to pass on social occasions without causing serious injury
to others. Others come to dance simply because the music draws
them. Simply Ballroom students discover that dancing is
more than just learning to move your feet.
Dancing is a wonderful low impact exercise.
It improves posture, muscle tone, co-ordination, balance and
fitness level.
Dancing socially is not only a great way
to meet new people. You will not only be able to impress your
friends at social functions, but actually enjoy yourself.
Whether for fun, a special occasion,
to meet new people or exercise, learning to dance is always be
